We’re live: UnrvlAI—immediate coping tools & private journaling
Today, we’re launching UnrvlAI: short, evidence-informed coping flows and a privacy-first journal that stays on your device unless you export it. If you’re stressed, anxious, or overwhelmed, the goal is simple: help you feel better in minutes.
What’s included on day one
- Immediate coping tools. 60–120 second flows for breath work, grounding, and reframing.
- Private journaling. Notes are stored locally in your browser; nothing is uploaded.
- Resource finder. Fast links to 988 and local options by ZIP code.
Privacy by default
Your journal text never leaves your device. If you opt to share basic profile info during onboarding (age range, gender, country/region, consent), we store only those fields in a private Google Sheet—no journal content. Read our Privacy page for details.
How to use UnrvlAI
- Open the Journal.
- Pick a topic (e.g., “Anxiety spike”) and write one or two sentences.
- Run a quick coping flow (box breathing, 5-4-3-2-1 grounding, or simple reframes).
- Export your notes only if you choose.
