UnrvlAI provides general wellness content and tools focused on coping and private journaling. By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

• You must be at least 13 years old to use UnrvlAI.
• If you use the service on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have authority to bind them to these Terms.

UnrvlAI is not medical or mental-health treatment, diagnosis, or therapy. Content is for general wellness only. If you are in danger or considering self-harm, call or text 988 in the U.S. or contact local emergency services immediately.

• If you choose Google Sign-In, we may receive your name and email from Google. See our Privacy page for details.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and device.

• No illegal activity, harassment, or attempts to disrupt the service.
• No reverse engineering, scraping, or automated bulk access without permission.
• Do not upload sensitive personal data you are not comfortable storing on your device.

The UnrvlAI name, design, and site content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

We may suspend or terminate access to the service at any time for any reason, including violations of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UnrvlAI and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our aggregate liability will not exceed USD $100.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Venue and jurisdiction lie in courts located in Ohio, USA.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above and may provide additional notice where appropriate. Your continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
